Lab Members Participate in the 'Advanced Methods for Analysis of High-Throughput Sequencing Data' Course at BGI

News From Nov 6 to Nov 10, 2023, Profs Anders Albrechtsen, Siyang Liu, Yonglun Luo, Malthe Rasmussen, Huanhuan Zhu, and Rasmus Heller delivered lectures for the course. The curriculum encompassed a wide range of topics, including statistical and bioinformatics methods for analyzing high-throughput sequencing data, population genetic analysis, genome-wide association studies, Mendelian randomization, transcriptomics, as well as single-cell and spatial transcriptomics. We extend our gratitude for the outstanding course.
